Emergency Response Training Ltd and its divisions namely ER Fire Safety and ER Safety Supplies recognise that visitors to our site may be concerned about the information they provide to us and how we treat that information. This Privacy Policy will hopefully address those concerns. We do however reserve the right to update the policy from time to time when necessary.

Emergency Response Training Ltd uses its best efforts to respect and protect the privacy of our customers, learners and visitors to our website in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).

When you request information, sign up to any services, courses or buy things from Emergency Response Training Ltd, we require you to provide us with the personal information necessary for us to complete the specific task, for example, when making an online booking we require you to provide us with sufficient personal information so that we may process your booking and so that we can contact you in the event of a problem.

Personal information you provide to us will be used for the purposes of administrating your bookings and will be retained as evidence to comply with our legislative requirements. Confidential information does not include information, which at the time of disclosure is generally known by the public.

How long do we keep your data?
Retention of your personal information is dependent on the specific services/courses/products provided and individual legislative criteria which we must lawfully abide by. Any personal information acquired as a nonservice user will be retained for a maximum of 2 years. All financial data is kept for 6 years, we do not store any credit/debit card details.

Collection of non-personal information
