Emergency Response Training Ltd and its divisions namely ER Fire Safety and ER Safety Supplies recognise that visitors to our site may be concerned about the information they provide to us and how we treat that information. How long do we keep your data?
Retention of your personal information is dependent on the specific services/courses/products provided and individual legislative criteria which we must lawfully abide by. Any personal information acquired as a nonservice user will be retained for a maximum of 2 years. All financial data is kept for 6 years, we do not store any credit/debit card details.
